  • We carry identification at all times and follow an in-house safety policy when arriving at clients’ homes
  • We promote client privacy at all times and follow an in-house Confidentiality and Disclosure Policy
  • The company, team members and vehicles are fully insured – we hold Public Liability and can carry passengers
  • Health and Safety regulations are met with at all times, for example, wearing aprons and gloves
  • First Aid Training has been given to all staff and refresher courses are taken regularly
  • Members of the Companions team are qualified to varying degrees, including possessing NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and Food Hygiene Certificates
